one-time

maybe you just need
one thing fixed.

à la carte support

you have a specific problem and you want it handled. book one service, no contract.

short-term

help me get
it together.

six-month management

i'll step in and run the business side for six months, then hand everything back structured and ready for you to manage on your own.

deal-by-deal

i need
negotiation magic.

agent representation

i'll negotiate the rate, handle the contract, and represent you through to payment for one deal or a set of deals.

ongoing

take the wheel.
handle it all.

management + agent representation

you create. i run everything else: inbox, pitching, negotiations, contracts, tracking, and strategy.

how it works

management vs. agent services.

they're not the same thing, and not everyone needs both. here's exactly what each one covers.

what i do
  • content and platform audits
  • inbox and brand portal monitoring
  • brand deal tracking and status reporting
  • strategy updates and ongoing growth planning
  • deliverable calendar management and organization
  • weekly or bi-weekly communication check-ins
  • foundational brand system setup
  • brand relationship management and initial communications (up to the point of negotiation)
what it doesn't include
  • pitching brands on your behalf
  • negotiating deals or structuring terms
  • contract review or oversight
  • exclusive representation

once a deal moves into negotiation, that transitions into agent services. management is the foundation. agent services are what activate on top of it.

starting at $90/week + starting at 3% on brand deals. flat-fee options are also available.

what i do
  • active brand pitching and outreach
  • sponsorship negotiation and deliverable structuring
  • contract review and oversight
  • representation in brand communications during negotiation and execution
  • deal follow-up and payment tracking
what it doesn't include
  • ongoing strategy or growth planning
  • inbox monitoring outside of active brand deals
  • content calendar management
  • platform audits or system setup

one thing i want to be upfront about: before i represent someone strictly as an agent, the business side of their creator career needs to be in order.

that could mean they're already self-managed and organized, working with another manager, or we've gone through a management phase together. i don't step into negotiations when the foundation isn't there.

it's not a gatekeeping thing. it's that i can't do my best work for you if the systems aren't solid. neither of us benefits from that.

starting at 10% commission for deal-specific representation.

yes. for many creators, having both management and agent services eventually makes the most sense. there are three ways to get there.

  • start with management and add agent services only when you have a deal that needs negotiation. this is the most flexible option and lets you get support without committing to full representation.
  • start with both from day one. if your business is already established and you're ready for ongoing representation, we can talk about whether it's the right fit.
  • start with management, build the foundation, and transition into agent services later. this is the path most creators take because it gives us time to build the systems before we start actively representing you.

if a brand came to you directly and you want agent support to negotiate and close it correctly, i can step in for that deal only. i'll negotiate the rate, review the contract, structure the deliverables, and represent you in communications until the deal is complete and payment is received.

this doesn't create an ongoing relationship or exclusive representation outside of that specific deal. if you want to bring in another manager or agent for other deals at the same time, that's fine.

starting at 10% commission on the deal(s) specified in writing.

à la carte support

maybe you don't need
a manager.

sometimes you don't need ongoing management or representation. you may just need someone to step in, fix one specific problem, and hand everything back in better shape.

are we
actually
a fit?

not every creator needs a manager or an agent. sometimes it doesn't make sense to give up a percentage when you're still building your platform or learning the business side yourself. if you're asking whether you really need one, you probably don't.

and that's not a bad thing.

there comes a point where the brand emails keep piling up, you're juggling too many moving pieces, or you're starting to wonder if you're leaving money on the table. that's usually when you know it's time.

until then, don't feel like you have to jump straight into management or get an agent. sometimes all you need is a strategy, a second opinion, or someone to help you get organized. that's exactly why i built different ways to work together.

if one of those feels like the right next step, i'd love to help.

if not, keep building. when you're ready, you'll know.
